Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we may collect your name, business name, email address, the type of help you are looking for, your message and, if you choose to provide it, your current website address.
The Current Website field is optional.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
• understand and respond to your enquiry;
• communicate with you about your requirements;
• prepare proposals or discuss potential work where appropriate; and
• provide and manage our services if you choose to work with Pathsmith Digital.

Our lawful basis
We process enquiry information where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and operating Pathsmith Digital.
Who we share information with
We may use trusted service providers that help us operate the website, email and business systems. These providers only receive information where necessary to provide those services.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law are used.
How long we keep information
If an enquiry does not result in us working together, enquiry information will normally be kept for no longer than 12 months, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it for longer.
If you become a client, relevant information may be retained for longer where necessary for contractual, accounting, tax or legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its use.
